but now i have solved the problem of working with colors . today i will give you some tips on how to pick and pair color as a front end developer / designer

but before we go into it , let me brief you about the color wheel

you might have been seeing a round circle containing different types of colours . ' that is what we call the color wheel '

The color wheel is divided into 2 equal parts left and right

on the left part we have cool colours and on the right side we have warm colours using warm and cool colour in your design is okay too but let talk more and in dept about the color wheel

So in the color wheel we have 5 types of colours

  1. Complementry colours
  2. Monochromatic colours
  3. Triodic colors
  4. Analogous colours

    LETS DISCUS BRIEFLY ABOUT EACH

MONOCHROMATIC COLOURS this is using the shade ( dark part) and tint ( light part ) of one color , when using a monochromatic color , you only pick one color , then work with it shade and tint by adjusting and reducing the contrast of the color for example

let work with RED we picked red as a monochromatic color , so now when we add shade to red ( dark area ) / reduce the contrast of red we gonna get colors like horse blood , whine and finally black . but when we decide to lighten to it then we get colors like pink , tomatoe e.t.c.

COMPLEMENTRY COLOR complementry color is a 2 opposite colors in the color wheel , an example is yellow and green

working with 2 opposites colors can make your design look color

TRIADIC COLOR this are colours spread equaly opposite in the color wheel

> this are 3 colors that are spread equally opposite to each with the format letf right top or left right bottom

ANALOGOUS COLOR this arfe colors found next to each other in the color wheel

they are color located next to each other ( side by side)
